Refurb grading is inconsistent across the industry.
We make ours clear. We stock three grades — and
nothing below Grade B.Certified Pre-Owned / Manufacturer Refurbished —
restored and certified by the original manufacturer.
As close to new as refurb gets.Grade A — cosmetically clean. No cracks, no missing
keys, no deep scratches. All ports and functions
confirmed working by the supplier.Grade B — light cosmetic wear (minor scuffs, small
scratches) but fully functional. The same performance
at a lower price.Every listing states the grade. No surprises
